Why not traveling to europe sometimes? Given an emotional binding (like knowing the culture, memories of meeting real people etc...) I take you'd learn a language much better (and deeper).
Anyways one year of german is yet pretty good.

I would really love to, actually. However, I'm 16, stuck at home, and not doing so well financially. One day I will travel to Europe to study languages (I want to be a translator ), just not now.
